1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 077bet website, available at 077bet.win, and all associated services, products, and features offered by 077bet (collectively, the "Platform"). 2 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the registered user account opened by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform or accesses the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

3 Eligibility

To open and maintain an Account on the 077bet Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. 077bet will close any Account where the holder is found to be under 18 and will void all associated transactions.
• You must be accessing the Platform as a private individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform, including 077bet, at the time of registration or any subsequent use.
• You must not hold more than one Account on the 077bet Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure, and any balances may be forfeited at 077bet's discretion.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to your location at the time of each bet or game session.

077bet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Where a Player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate compliance with the eligibility criteria above, 077bet may suspend or permanently close their Account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4 Account Registration

To access the full range of 077bet services, including sports betting, live casino, and slots, you must register a personal Account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

One Account is permitted per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this rule through the use of VPNs, proxy servers, or multiple registration details is prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

5 Account Verification (KYC)

077bet operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with responsible gaming standards, prevent fraud, and ensure the integrity of the Platform. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed, or at any other time 077bet deems appropriate.

KYC verification requires Players to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of a government-issued photo identification document, such as a National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official document confirming your residential address, issued within the last three months.

077bet will endeavour to review KYC submissions within 48 hours of receipt. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be held pending. 077bet reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary and to refuse Account verification where submitted documents are found to be fraudulent, altered, or inconsistent with registration information.

6 Deposits

All deposits to your 077bet Account must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. 077bet does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts or methods not registered to the Account holder.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 077bet under standard account conditions, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits are credited to your 077bet Account Balance in Bangladeshi Taka at the time of confirmed receipt.

077bet does not charge any fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. 077bet accepts no responsibility for fees levied by third-party payment providers. Deposits that fail due to payment provider errors should be reported to 077bet support immediately, quoting your transaction reference number.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on 077bet are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit, provided that method supports outbound transfers. Where this is not possible, 077bet will process the withdrawal to an alternative verified payment method registered in the Player's name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay transactions during normal operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the Account. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is finalised will be held in a pending state until verification is confirmed. 077bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request regardless of prior KYC status.

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable. Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements and been converted to withdrawable real-money balance are eligible for withdrawal. 077bet will clearly indicate in the Account dashboard which portion of your Balance is withdrawable at any given time.

8 Bonuses and Promotions

077bet offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and other special promotions targeted at the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time of each promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 077bet promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players who have completed Account registration and KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms. Unfulfilled wagering requirements will result in Bonus Funds being removed from the Account.
• 077bet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Where an offer is withdrawn before a Player has met the wagering requirement, any unconverted Bonus Funds will be removed and real-money deposits will remain intact.
• Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, collusion, arbitrage, or any other form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between Accounts or exchanged for cash value outside of the applicable wagering process.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 077bet are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event. These rules are available within the Platform's sports betting section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

General betting rules applicable across all sports markets on 077bet include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after placement except where an in-play cash-out option is available and used by the Player before the relevant outcome is determined.
• 077bet reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has already been determined at the time of placement, where the odds were published in error, or where there is reasonable evidence of match fixing or irregular activity.
• In the event of an event being postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform at the time of the event.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface at the time of bet placement.

10 Casino and Games

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 077bet Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Operating more than one Account simultaneously or in sequence on the Platform.

13 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 077bet.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 077bet's total liability to any Player in connection with the Platform and its services shall be limited to the value of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

077bet shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions caused by third-party systems including payment providers and game studios.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security over their Account credentials.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information published on the Platform that was incorrect at the time of the decision due to circumstances beyond 077bet's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
